You'll work directly with government stakeholders, internal teams, and international partners to ensure successful program execution and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day execution of U.S. Government programs across multiple task orders.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare presentation materials, and distribute updates.
- Review, compile, and submit contractual deliverables in accordance with SOW and performance schedules.
- Provide feedback and analysis on Task Orders and contract changes.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of CONUS and OCONUS travel documentation, including passports, visas, and deployment orders.
- Manage compliance with foreign entry and work authorization requirements for international support missions.
- Support deployment planning and document processing for FMS and expeditionary teams.
- Remain adaptable and responsive in dynamic operational environments, both stateside and abroad.
- Ensure full understanding and implementation of U.S. Government contract and reporting requirements.

Essential Knowledge & Skills
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting federal government programs or contracts.
- Familiar with preparing and submitting contract deliverables, reports, and program updates.
- Understanding of travel and deployment documentation for military or government personnel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools for project tracking and documentation.
- Able to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Valid U.S. passport and driver's license.
- Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience, preferably in a defense, logistics, or international operations environment.
- Experience supporting CONUS and OCONUS operations, including deployment support and fielding programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Logistics, or a related field required.
- Equivalent military or federal service experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally, including to austere environments.
- Ability to manage extended work hours during surge or deployment periods.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Active Secret clearance required due to access to government contract data and foreign mission planning.
- Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or Army deployment operations.
- Familiarity with TACOM, AMC, or PEO programs.
- Working knowledge of DFARS, FAR, and U.S. Government acquisition lifecycle.
