What You’ll Be Doing
As our Graphic Designer & Marketing Associate, you’ll work directly with the Director of Marketing to design and implement visual and written content across platforms. You’ll help tell our story in a compelling, consistent way—digitally, in print, and in person.
- Content Development: Create and manage content and messaging across all platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy in line with brand guidelines.
- Graphic Design: Design and produce a variety of collateral—brochures, flyers, case studies, manuals, forms, trade show graphics, swag, and more.
- Digital Design: Create digital content for the website, email campaigns, social media, and presentations.
- Website & LMS Management: Administer our websites, Shopify store, and LearnDash LMS. Track and optimize performance using analytics tools.
- Social Media Management: Keep our social media channels, including YouTube, fresh and engaging.
- Asset Management: Maintain and organize our visual assets library.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with freelance illustrators, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.
- Event & Trade Show Support: Coordinate and execute all aspects of trade show participation, training events, and social gatherings—including attending and managing logistics.
- Marketing Support: Wear multiple hats in a small team—whether it’s packing swag boxes or brainstorming campaign ideas, you’ll jump in wherever needed.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs for event setup and shipping tasks.
- Travel: Occasional travel required (less than 10%) for trade shows, events, site visits, and trainings.
What You Bring
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field; 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Design Skills: Superior graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Digital Savvy: Comfortable with website CMS (WordPress), social media platforms, and content management tools (Hootsuite, LearnDash, Shopify).
- Marketing Tools: Familiar with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud. Bonus if you have video production and photography skills.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, creative, self-motivated, and eager to grow.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience)
