Job Description
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is seeking a detail-oriented, self-driven Associate Brand
Manager to support the Director of Marketing and Communications in developing and
executing brand strategies that fuel business growth. This role will play a key part in
managing day-to-day brand marketing operations, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and
ensuring that all messaging stays true to our core values and mission. This individual will
also support the Marketing Director in coordination of Ad Fund invoicing and ensuring that
the marketing budget aligns to the overall strategy – as well as ensuring a sufficient ROI on
ad spend.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of marketing experience who
thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about brand building.

- Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and tactical plans
- Manage day-to-day brand activities to ensure alignment with overall business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams (sales, digital, content, etc.) to ensure
- Coordinate and execute co-op media buys on behalf of franchisees regionally to
Market Analysis & Research
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market performance metrics
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand health
- Ensure brand messaging is aligned with customer needs and expectations
- Support initiatives to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen brand perception
- Assist in planning, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and KPIs across campaign initiatives
- Evaluate campaign performance using dashboards and media metrics
- Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to coordinate marketing initiatives
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects
- Support the development and implementation of content calendars and marketing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role
- Proficient in project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp), Google Analytics, Canva,
- Strong understanding of marketing dashboards and interpreting media
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently and prioritizing multiple projects
- Independence: Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
- Active Learning: Constantly seeking and applying new knowledge to improve results
