- Must be 18 years or older
- Must carry General Liability Insurance
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be friendly, respectful, and dependable
- Must provide and maintain your own tools and equipment
- Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and deadlines
- Complete light electrical work as needed
- Handle general carpentry tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and more
- Perform basic plumbing repairs
- Prepare properties to be rent-ready
- Conduct landscaping and outdoor maintenance
- Repair and maintain equipment and tools, such as carpet cleaners, lawnmowers, and other machinery
- Proven experience in a maintenance or handyman role
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
