JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Job purpose for Marketing Strategist
position: The Marketing Strategist plays a key role in connecting data
to action. This position independently analyzes marketing performance,
identifies growth opportunities, and brings forward strategic insights
that influence product campaigns, customer targeting, and business
outcomes. This role requires a self-starter with strong analytical
skills, curiosity about industry trends, manage multiple projects and a
drive to turn insights into impact. Duties and responsibilities for
Marketing Strategist position: Builds and maintains dashboards and
reports that connect marketing efforts to measurable outcomes, such as
account openings, retention and campaign ROI. Analyzes internal data and
customer segments to identify marketing opportunities and recommends
targeting strategics for product growth and customer acquisition.
Ability to explain data findings to non-technical teams. Develops
business cases for new marketing initiative based on internal
performance data, competitive insights, and market research. Monitors
industry and competitor trends to proactively suggest programs or
tactics aligns with WaterStone Bank growth goals. Collaborates with
internal teams to ensure marketing strategies are informed by data and
aligned with business objectives. Tracks and analyzes campaign
performance (email, digital, and in-branch) and proves reporting and
optimization recommendations. Manages customer survey tools and gathers
feedback insights that support product and service improvements. Other

Experience Required 2+ years of experience in a marketing analytics,
Strategy, Or Related Role Advanced Knowledge Of Excel Preferred
Experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated industry
Familiarity with survey, email marketing and web analytics tools
Knowledge of digital marketing metrics, customer segmentation, and
campaign performance tracking Advanced knowledge of Excel skills, with
experience in Power BI Education Required Bachelor\'s degree in
Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field or equivalent work
