staff - Registered Nurse (RN) - Post Partum - $48-66 per hour

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Post Partum for an ongoing, full-time night shift position in Bakersfield, CA, with a $15,000 hiring incentive.

• Deliver coordinated nursing care according to standards and the nursing process
• Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing staff and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Require BLS, FHM, ACLS, NRP certifications, RN licensure, and preferred BSN and acute care experience
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes
• Participate in discharge planning, delegate tasks, and provide patient and family education
