Service Fixed Operations Director

Volkswagen of Corpus Christi is seeking a highly skilled Service Fixed Ops Director to join our team. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of service and parts operations in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all service and fixed operations departments
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability
• Manage and hire a team of service advisors, technicians, parts, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and positive dealership experience
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Proven experience as a Service Manager, Parts Manager, or combined role in an automotive dealership
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Organized and friendly personality
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
