The EVP is responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic vision, operational efficiency, and overall performance of our commercial energy solutions division. This division includes Environmental, Glycol, Lighting, Mechanical, Shanor Electric Supplies, and Fleet Maintenance . The EVP will ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do
- Establish and monitor KPIs across all commercial business units to drive accountability and track performance in revenue growth, margin, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve aggressive growth and profitability goals within the Commercial Energy Solutions division.
- Identify and act on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape innovative offerings and strengthen market position.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all commercial energy business units, ensuring efficiency, safety, and service excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve operational throughput.
- Ensure seamless and high-quality delivery of products and services that meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage divisional budgets aligned with corporate financial targets and cost-control expectations.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, margins, and profitability, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key commercial customers, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Foster a performance-driven culture grounded in collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Implement talent development strategies that support succession planning, leadership growth, and team capability.
- Leverage customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify service gaps and opportunities for experience enhancement.
- Promote a customer-centric mindset across all teams and functions.
- Oversee the integration of digital tools, automation, and advanced technologies to improve efficiency, sustainability, and customer value.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that position NOCO as a forward-thinking commercial energy provider.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal quality and operational standards.
- Identify and mitigate business risks across financial, operational, safety, and reputational dimensions.
- Champion a strong safety and environmental culture through consistent policy enforcement, training, and performance tracking.

What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the energy solutions industry, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a multi-faceted business division.
- Strong knowledge of residential energy systems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team to achieve ambitious goals.
