We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to coach and lead a team of sales people across North America ensure the company’s revenue growth and develop new business opportunities. We are looking for a results-driven and strategic person with a strong Enterprise sales background to expand our footprint with high-value clients. Working as a player/coach our ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Taking a hands-on approach, we are looking for a player/coach role with the ability to also oversee the performance of the team and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve performance targets
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance trends to improve results
- Develop and maintain your own strong, long-lasting customer relationships including identifying new market opportunities to meet or exceed your quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Prepare regular sales forecasting reports and performance updates for senior management
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Ensure CRM systems are effectively utilized and accurately maintained with an up to date pipeline, forecasts, and client data
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or management role
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding $1M+ annual quotas in a complex sales environment
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and sell to C-suite stakeholders
- Experience with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Experience working within an ERP, Automotive or distribution industries at an Enterprise level
- Ability to travel as needed
- Familiarity with data-driven sales strategies
