Career Opportunity: Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

Reports to: Senior Program Manager

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm EST

Location: Spartronics; 7887 Bryan Dairy Rd, Largo, FL 33777 (In the STAR Manufacturing center)

Pay Range: $18.51-$20.00/Hour based on experience in electronics manufacturing

This on-site Full-Time role in Largo supports our Pennsylvania manufacturing plant. The role itself is in the STAR Center, Largo, FL working with a two person operation. The position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of parts, materials, and processes, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Inventory and Logistics Coordinator oversees inventory control, source inspection support, RMA handling, and general facilities maintenance duties.

What a Day Looks Like

  • Inventory Control
  • Perform weekly cycle counts of sourced stock.
  • Verify daily receipts of parts/packages from Raytheon, WPT, and RMA parts for processing.
  • Manage part issuances, including maintaining accurate counts for Raytheon CAGE (Kanban) and issuing parts as requested.
  • Ensure segregation of sourced parts and parts awaiting sourcing at all times.
  • Maintain First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices.
  • Source Inspection Support
  • Prepare parts for source inspections (100% for RMA and sample plans for new builds).
  • Repackage parts post-inspection for secure storage or delivery.
  • RMA Support
  • Receive parts from Raytheon and document accordingly.
  • Securely package and prepare RMA parts for shipment to WPT under the direction of the Project Manager.
  • Maintenance and General Duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the conductive flooring, workbenches, and general workspace using approved cleaning methods.
  • Perform weekly trash removal and manage packaging disposal (trash/recycling).
  • Prevent Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and ensure a clean work environment.
  • Assist with occasional touch-up tasks (e.g., conformal coating repairs, screw/washer replacements) as needed.

Requirements

Education/License/Experience Required

HS Diploma or GED Required

Some post-high school training/development preferred

Valid Driver’s License Required

Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder due to ITAR regulations. We can not sponsor Visas.

Requirements And Skills

  • Basic math skills for inventory counts and processing.
  • Ability to lift, up to 25 lbs.
  • Willingness to walk moderate distances for trash and recycling disposal.
  • General understanding of ESD training and CCA handling procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or tools.
  • Experience in a similar role within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
