Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ED in Avondale, AZ, with ongoing, full-time night shifts (36 hrs/week, 12-hour shifts).
- Provides direct, age-specific nursing care, assesses patient needs, and collaborates with the healthcare team.
- May serve as shift supervisor, delegate tasks, and evaluate care quality.
- Requires a nursing degree, AZ RN license, CPR, ACLS, and preferably 2+ years of ICU or CVICU experience; BSN preferred.
- Certifications like PALS or ENPC required within 90 days for ER staff.
- Must work well in a fast-paced environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Additional certifications in specialty areas (e.g., Wound Care, Bariatrics) are preferred.
