What You'll Do:

  • Customer Support: Provide top-tier support to Majestic customers while effectively promoting our brand, products, and services.
  • Order Entry: Administer sales orders and quotes with precision and attention to detail.
  • Order Management: Monitor and track orders, providing timely status updates to Account Executives and customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all important activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Other job-related duties as assigned.


Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members at all levels. Must be highly organized, be able to multitask, and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.


What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Two years of customer support experience
  • Two years of experience with flat steel products
