RN - Nurse Residency - June 2025 - Offering $10K Sign-on Bonus + Relo

Responsible for assessing patients, developing care plans, and delivering quality nursing care to a diverse patient population including adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics.

• Provides supervision and direction to LVN/LPNs, nursing assistants, and clerical staff, with potential to serve as charge nurse.
• Develops, reviews, and updates comprehensive nursing care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Implements and documents patient care, prioritizing based on acuity and needs, ensuring safety and therapeutic standards.
• Evaluates patient responses, progress toward goals, and revises plans accordingly; completes daily progress notes and flow sheets.
• Assesses education needs of patients and families, providing tailored teaching and acting as a role model and preceptor for staff and students.
• Maintains effective communication, reports patient conditions accurately, upholds confidentiality, and promotes open team dialogue.
• Identifies unsafe practices, reports issues, and suggests improvements.
  
  

Job requires BSN preferred, 6 months to 1 year RN experience, BLS certification, and valid RN license.
