Provides nursing support under RN supervision in Home Health, assisting with assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation across all age groups including neonates to geriatrics.
- Supports patient care management in coordination with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective communication and adherence to policies.
- Organizes and performs work efficiently, demonstrating commitment to agency values and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, NC licensure, CPR certification, and at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in home health.
- Must have strong motor skills, interpersonal abilities, physical strength for patient handling, and mental acuity for care planning and evaluation.
- Ability to visually and auditorily assess patients, with exposure to hazards such as bloodborne pathogens and environmental risks.
- Flexible hours, valid NC driver’s license, and operational vehicle required.
