We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and current licensure to join our team in Fairfield, CA.
- Provide high-quality patient evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities.
- Maintain accurate documentation using Raintree, educate patients and families about rehab and prevention, and monitor progress to adjust treatments accordingly.
- Stay current with industry best practices through continuing education.
- Qualifications include a DPT, licensure eligibility, and preferably outpatient experience.
