Overview

We’re seeking a seasoned, results-driven Property Manager to lead operations at a well-established, mid-sized residential community in Federal Way, WA. Conveniently located between Seattle and Tacoma, this full-time role is ideal for someone with 5–10+ years of experience and a Type A personality who thrives on high performance, attention to detail, and maintaining top-tier property standards.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
  • Ensure financial goals, occupancy, and retention targets are met
  • Supervise and develop on-site staff
  • Conduct regular property inspections and implement improvements
  • Manage vendor relationships and compliance with all regulations

What It Takes

  • 5–10+ years of property management experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property operations best practices
  • Certifications: CPM, CAPS, CAM or other relevant industry certifications preferred but not required.
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with property management software (i.e. Real Page, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar).
