Role Overview

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with strong experience in enterprise application development, customer service modules, Power Platform, and Azure technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers and client stakeholders to design, implement, and support scalable Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role requires a hands-on technical expert capable of handling complex integrations and contributing to product innovation in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Online).
  • Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Portal Development.
  • Engage in testing, debugging, implementing, and documenting complex programs and business logic.
  • Utilize Azure, PowerApps, Visual Studio, and GitHub to develop efficient solutions.
  • Develop client-side scripting, plug-ins, workflows, and custom business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Create prototypes and work closely with product managers to realize business functionalities.
  • Participate in product testing and maintenance across all software tiers (UI, logic, data, integration).
  • Use integration technologies for internal and third-party system connections.
  • Contribute to project planning and risk identification within an Agile delivery framework.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure compliance with coding and deployment standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise application development.
  • Strong technical background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with Power Portal.
  • Proficiency in Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, and Custom Controls.
  • Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies and web development (.NET, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap).
  • Familiarity with APIs, database querying, and backend services.d
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Microsoft Dynamics Certifications (preferred).
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as required.
