We are seeking a full-time Therapist for our Older Adult Services team to provide psychotherapy and case management to older adults with severe mental illness.
- Responsibilities include individual, group, and family therapy, completing treatment plans, assessments, and documentation on time.
- Engage in community outreach, collaborate with staff and external contacts, and attend team meetings.
- Must have a Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, or related field, and be licensed or eligible in NH.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with community resources are preferred.
