Summary
As a member of the P&C Client Services group, the P&C Coordinator supports administrative and operational aspects of P&C and all points of the employee life cycle. The P&C Coordinator provides best-in-class customer service for employees’ P&C related needs, supports existing processes, and approached work with a growth mindset.
This role will be hybrid requiring 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.

Requirements
- Coordinates day to day onboarding and pre-hire processes, including background checks and drug screen.
- Acts as onboarding administrator in Jobvite ATS.
- Maintains employee records with attention to detail and high maturity regarding confidential information.
- Builds and runs regular reports and supports data entry and auditing in multiple systems.
- Configure forms and templates within ATS as needed, including email templates, offer letters, and new hire forms.
- Updates policies and practices and may identify opportunities for improvements.
- Processes craft applications with support from Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Processes employee transactions for all stages of life cycle, including new hire, promotions & transfers, pay changes, and terminations.
- Heavy data entry and auditing in multiple systems.
- Maintains employee records with attention to detail and high maturity regarding confidential information.
- Supports and backs up multiple processes in client services team, including promotions & transfers, pay changes, and employee account updates.
- Builds and runs regular reports for purposes of auditing consistent and accurate employee data across multiple systems.
- Becomes SME in all applicable systems and supports all present and future workflows.
- Maintains and updates standard operating procedures.
- Provides best-in-class employee experience in addressing employee questions and needs related to onboarding, benefits, and job and life changes.
- Acts as first line for employee questions for all points of employee life cycle and manages P&C inbox and ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Supports escalated employee questions, which require a higher level of subject matter knowledge.
- May create and own knowledge articles, employee job aids, and FAQ documents.
- Partners effectively with employees of all levels across the company, including client services team, business leaders, and P&C business partners, to streamline P&C business processes and enhance the employee and manager experience.
- Coordinates and supports other employee lifecycle administrative processes.
- Maintains employee rewards/prerequisite programs, including gym reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and green car reimbursement.
- Processes request and maintains records.
- Updates policies and practices and may identify opportunities for improvements.
- Supports strategic initiatives within the P&C client services space.
- Collaborates to create and implement solutions.
- Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.
- Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.
- Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.
- Challenges others during decision-making processes and constructively manages through feedback effectively.
- Coordinates additional employee life cycle administrative tasks. For example: processing physical mail; responding to employment verification requests.
- Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
- Highschool/GED is required.
- Associates degree in a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of general office experience is required.
- 2+ years of HR related experience is preferred.
- Required:
- A high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness is required for the completion of assigned work.
- Basic level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Must have aptitude and ability to learn new P&C processes and systems.
- Good communicator (written and verbal) and able to build strong, effective relationships with team members and internal clients.
- Ability to work independently and within a team while assuming responsibility; ability to prioritize.
- Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of P&C processes across multiple areas (ex. talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, etc.).
- Demonstrates continuous efforts to improve P&C processes with eye to employee experience.
- Demonstrated intermediate critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Functional competencies include customer focus, attention to detail, teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement.
