About the Role

Candidates must be able to work in a hybrid arrangement, including regular in-person days at our Bellevue office. Please apply only if you can meet this requirement.


Responsibilities:


  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, manage content creation and scheduling across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
  • Content Development: Plan and produce high-quality content, including advertisement, social media posts, and creative assets for performance marketing 
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute brand awareness and user acquisition campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
  • Influencer and Partnership: Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and third-party partners to extend the brand's reach and credibility
  • Storytelling: Leverage compelling storytelling to communicate the brand's values, mission, and unique selling points(USPs) to our audience
  • Event and Sponsorship Management: Support BD to manage events, partnerships, or sponsorships that reinforce the brand image and reach targeted audiences
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional team such as Design, BD, PM, and developers for effective campaign execution


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field 
  • 1+ years experience of marketing n-house or within an agency
  • Experience in Social Media Management
  • Strong copywriting and creative skills 


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills 
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Strong understanding of user acquisition, retargeting, and retention strategies
  • Familiarity with app store platforms (Google Play Console, Apple App Store Connect) and their advertising tools
  • Used to Design & Content related Software: Figma, Photoshop, Canva
  • Experience with analytics tools including AppsFlyer, Firebase, Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio & Looker, a plus
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX to improve app conversion rates
