Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform commercial lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, and seasonal operations.
• Supervise and motivate crew members, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment, transporting crews and tools between job sites.
• Perform job site inspections, delegate tasks, and provide training on proper techniques and equipment usage.
• Communicate with management on scheduling, job site progress, and any service issues.
• Oversee crew time tracking and report equipment issues or incidents immediately.
• Maintain safety compliance, inspect equipment, and support a safe work environment.
• Represent Brilar LLC professionally in all client and public interactions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a crew leadership or similar role within commercial landscaping.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience operating commercial lawn equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
• Snow removal experience preferred but not required (plow trucks, salt trucks, or sidewalk crews).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors, and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to be on-call during the winter season including holidays and weekends.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening, DOT physical, and consent to random testing.
