Job Type: Part Time
At AKIRA, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation practices. The starting pay for this position is $17.00 per hour and may be adjusted based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. Additional compensation and benefits may also apply and will be discussed during the hiring process.

The Position
Security /Stock Associate
Qualifications/Requirements
- Able to lift 75+ lbs.
- Ability to recognize and prevent both internal and external theft
- Reliable with a "no-nonsense" attitude; intimidating
- Professional demeanor
- Comfortable and assertive with confrontation and judgment of character
- Keep a clean and organized workspace
- Fast acting and moving
- Able to juggle various workloads (this position will require some general store maintenance as well as other tasks as needed)
- Keen eye; monitor and survey the store at all times
- Possess integrity and strong work ethics
- Expert in safety management and surveillance
- Able to make quick decisions with little or no direction
- Ability to partner up and Communicate with all Store Managers

- Ability to push, pull, and lift 75+ lbs.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, including a 10-12 hour shift if needed.
