Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (No exemptions accepted)
Physical exam within the last year
TB Clearance (Choose One Of The Following)
PPD Skin Test x2 within 1 year
Quantiferon within 1 year
Chest X-ray if positive TB history
Up-to-date Titers
