We are seeking a Line Cook to join the dynamic team at our neighborhood restaurant, Margot.
Margot is a highly seasonal restaurant from Kip Green and Halley Chambers, located in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. We are open for dinner seven nights a week, offering a menu that is simple, abundant, and playful.
What We Offer:
A generative, community-oriented work environment. We believe restaurant spaces should give back to the people who make them run every day. We’re focused on fostering a dynamic, ambitious, hard-working—but fun—kitchen culture.
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate has a deep passion for food and hospitality, is eager to learn new techniques, and thrives on working with the best seasonal ingredients. There are ample opportunities for professional development within the group, including the potential to step into leadership roles. We are committed to building a team that supports one another across both FOH and BOH—collaboration is key.
