Main Purpose of the Role:

The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for compiling, analyzing, and presenting Customer Service data to identify opportunities for process improvements and to drive data-based decisions. Capitalizing technological tools and data analysis, the Customer Service Analyst provides crucial support for Customer Service operations and processes.

Main Tasks:

  • Collect data from systems and internal parties
  • Analyze reports and provide recommendations
  • Create process maps
  • Prepare clear, readable reports of findings and present recommendations to Customer Service leaders
  • Support ad-hoc projects for both internal and external parties
  • Identify automation or improvement opportunities
  • Identify and implement technology utilization

Requirements:

  • Collaborative mindset, excellent verbal and written communicate skills
  • Ability to think outside the box, creative problem solving
  • Highly analytical perspective
  • Proficient in English language (Speaking, reading and writing)
  • Must be able to commit to 20-hours per week, on-site. This is a part-time position for a college-student.
  • Studies in Maritime, Supply Chain or Logistics a plus!
