Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Chandler, Arizona
Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000
What’s the Job?
- Key involvement with all hiring initiatives across skilled labor workforce, administration, purchasing/planning, logistics, and warehouse
- Manage employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, performance evaluations
- Process payroll
- Manage communications across cross functional teams in the US and international headquarters
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 5-years HR and talent acquisition experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Demonstrates expertise in labor laws, compliance, payroll processing, benefits administration
- Technical proficiency with payroll systems (Workday, ADP, etc.) and HRIS, ATS platforms
- This is a direct hire opportunity, not temporary or temp-hire
- Ability to be instrumental in implementing processes and policy at a new US centralized operations facility
