Main Responsibilities
- Ability to develop creatively and consistently post for social media.
- Ability to plan recruitment events, job fairs, and other outreach initiatives to connect with candidates.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees.
- Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews.
- Evaluate candidate skills and experience.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including file management, document preparation, and maintenance of employee records (I-9, W-4, employment verification forms, E-Verify, and NC New Hire).
- Organize training/orientation sessions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, conduct reference checks, and verify criminal background, vehicle, and insurance information.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
