As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences, including room reservations and catering arrangements
  • Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Handle inquiries and requests from clients and employees
