We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Human Resources Professional with at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HR. This individual will be responsible for supporting various HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and policy development. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for people operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Manage and improve HR policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal labor laws
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Support and lead recruitment efforts, including interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Administer performance review and development processes
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems
- Assist in benefits administration and open enrollment processes
- Lead or support HR-related projects and process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, 5 years preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
