This is an on-site, hands-on position ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives under pressure and has a passion for live entertainment, sports culture, and community-driven experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Matchday & Game Presentation
- Lead all aspects of matchday production including scripting, run-of-show, timing, halftime programming, and on-field activations.
- Oversee music direction, PA announcing, vendors, security, emcee engagement, all entertainment, anthem performers, and video board content to create a vibrant, branded atmosphere.
- Serve as the central liaison between game operations, marketing, broadcast, production, and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution.
- Plan and manage club-hosted events such as watch parties, fanfests, season ticket member functions, sponsor activations, and youth/family/community engagement initiatives.
- Oversee FC Tulsa Sportsplex events in collaboration with community partners and internal stakeholders.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and on-site logistics to deliver premium experiences aligned with brand standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage seasonal event staff, promotional teams, and vendors.
- Direct the club’s cross-departmental internship program, ensuring effective onboarding, scheduling, mentorship, and professional development for all interns.
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships across departments including Ticketing, Partnerships, Operations, Marketing, and Community Engagement.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in event production, live entertainment, or sports presentation.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, high-pressure events with precision and creativity.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple complex initiatives with attention to detail.
- A passion for fan experience, culture, and storytelling through live moments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and represent the club externally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and project management platforms preferred.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the match and event calendar.
