Areas of Focus
- Execute front-end tests on various digital platforms.
- Develop test plans, cases, and reports for multiple projects.
- Collaborate with producers, designers, and developers to manage defects efficiently.
- Review functional requirements, comps, copy decks, and ensure traceability in test cases and feedback.
- Audit workflows periodically and promote process improvements.
- Ensure 100% success rate for project launches and ongoing delivery.
Competencies:
- Strong grasp of agile and scrum methodologies in QA.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and QA tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Proactive, self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and quick to adapt to changing project conditions.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Minimum of 3 years of quality assurance experience in a web environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Graphic Design, or a closely related field.
- Previous testing experience within an advertising agency or a marketing environment is beneficial.
- Manual and automated testing, including planning, strategy, scripting, and providing results, are required.
- Strong knowledge of the SDLC process.
- Ability to work closely with other team members to determine testing requirements and ensure high-quality code releases.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Experience testing across multiple platforms such as Android, MAC OS, cross-browser testing, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence or similar defect tracking tools.
- Experience with ADA Compliance testing.
- Experience using browser dev tools to inspect, debug, and verify data.
Salary Range: $60,000-72,000 annually
