Role:

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for executing manual and automated testing, including QA planning, strategy, scripting, and reporting. In addition, this role will work closely with the agency's developers and producers to ensure accuracy and quality of websites, apps and other digital media and experiences.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, determined, and can make a positive impact on the work, team and agency.

Areas of Focus

• Execute front-end tests on various digital platforms.
• Develop test plans, cases, and reports for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with producers, designers, and developers to manage defects efficiently.
• Review functional requirements, comps, copy decks, and ensure traceability in test cases and feedback.
• Audit workflows periodically and promote process improvements.
• Ensure 100% success rate for project launches and ongoing delivery.
  
  

Qualifications/Traits

• Strong grasp of agile and scrum methodologies in QA.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and QA tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Proactive, self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and quick to adapt to changing project conditions.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of quality assurance experience in a web environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Graphic Design, or a closely related field.
• Previous testing experience within an advertising agency or a marketing environment is beneficial.
• Manual and automated testing, including planning, strategy, scripting, and providing results, are required.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC process.
• Ability to work closely with other team members to determine testing requirements and ensure high-quality code releases.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies.
• Experience testing across multiple platforms such as Android, MAC OS, cross-browser testing, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence or similar defect tracking tools.
• Experience with ADA Compliance testing.
• Experience using browser dev tools to inspect, debug, and verify data.
  
  

The salary range for this position is listed below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to budget, relevant experience, qualifications, and tenure in similar roles. Consideration may also be given to internal salary data for current or former employees in the same or similar positions.

Salary Range: $60,000-72,000 annually
