Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dietitian to join our team at ATC Healthcare. In this role, you will provide expert nutritional guidance and support to patients in various healthcare settings. Your contributions will be vital in promoting health and wellness through tailored dietary plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on patient assessments.
• Provide education on dietary needs and healthy eating habits to patients and their families.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve health goals.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Manage tube feeding protocols for patients requiring specialized nutrition support.
• Conduct assessments in acute care settings, focusing on the unique needs of each patient.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field; registered dietitian certification preferred.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) credential is required.
• Strong knowledge of physiology and nutrition principles, particularly in acute care settings.
• Experience with tube feeding and managing dietary needs for various populations, including geriatrics.
• Ability to create effective care plans and communicate them clearly to patients and staff.
• Prior experience in hospital or clinical dietary departments is highly desirable.
