Job Summary

This full-time (32+ hour per week) in-house position is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in executing day-to-day digital marketing efforts across The Royal Standard and The Crown Bistro. This role plays a key part in content creation, social engagement, and maintaining a consistent and compelling brand prescence online.

Responsbilities

  • Create and schedule weekly content:
    • 14 posts for The Royal Standard (Facebook & Instagram)
    • 6 posts for The Crown Bistro (Facebook & Instagram)
    • 3 TikToks for The Royal Standard
    • 2 TikToks for The Crown Bistro
  • Post a minimum of 3 Instagram/Facebook stories Monday-Friday
  • Respond professionally and promptly to all customer messages and DMs
  • Create event marketing materials for collaboration events and Sip & Shops
    • Resize designs accordingly for event banners on Facebook and Instagram stories
    • Promote events, collaborations, and sip & shops through stories (tag partners accordingly)
    • Post all events to Facebook
  • Run one giveaway per month per brand and manage the entry/follow-up process
  • Scout potential partnerships for The Royal Standard and local food bloggers
  • Troubleshoot social media issues such as account disconnections or product feed errors
  • Assist with additional graphic design projects as needed
  • Support the Marketing Manager with additional projects and tasks as needed
