The Role 

As the HR Assistant, your primary role will be to support the daily operations of the HR team, helping ensure a smooth and efficient experience for staff throughout their employment journey.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable HR Assistant to join our small, relational HR team. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations that help make Partners Worldwide a great place to work, from welcoming new staff, to keeping our systems running smoothly, to helping organize our performance cycles.

This is a role for someone who enjoys repeatable processes, gets satisfaction from making things run well behind the scenes, and takes ownership of tasks without needing a lot of oversight. The Work

  • Onboarding & Transitions: Coordinate logistics for new hires and offboarding; continuously improve onboarding materials and processes.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
  • Employee Records & Changes: Maintain accurate, confidential records; support updates to pay, titles, and responsibilities.
  • Performance & Engagement: Help organize annual reviews, track follow-ups, and support staff surveys and engagement efforts.
  • Benefits & HR Systems: Assist with time-off tracking, benefits documentation, and updates across HR tools and platforms.

Your Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR support, office administration, or related roles.
  • HR certifications such as aPHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and basic knowledge of HR policies is advantageous.

  • This is a full-time position, with essential hours of availability for global coordination from 8am to noon EST.
