Required Qualifications

- Ability to think creatively and make creative decisions
- 3-5 years marketing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to utilize the latest technology and market trends to promote the company
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
- Experience with brand strategy tools and software
- Construction/Commercial kitchen experience
- Develop custom marketing strategies for 4 different departments that are aligned with company objectives
- Plan, communicate, and manage yearly marketing plan, budget and calendar
- Create designs and layouts for digital and print marketing materials
- Write pitches, blog posts, and articles for website, social media, emails, and traditional trade magazines
- Build relationships with industry experts to promote CEO for speaking engagements
- Manage and oversee company social media platforms – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc and ensure brand consistency
- Track and report marketing metrics and recommendations for future marketing campaigns
- Support Department Heads to ensure access to appropriate trade show materials and giveaways are available
- Hire and oversee freelance positions as needed
Salary: $80,000- $127,000 annually (depending on experience)
