Carex is partnering with a Financial industry partner to hire a Chief Analytics Officer based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Summary

The Chief Analytics Officer will lead the strategic use of data and advanced analytics across the organization. This role will oversee the development and execution of data-driven insights, predictive modeling, and performance metrics to support decision-making in Marketing, Product Development, and business lines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Marketing Analytics and Retail Banking, as well as strong leadership capabilities and experience managing high-performing data science and analytics teams.

What You’ll Do

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and consultants.
• Drive insight generation through the creation of advanced business intelligence tools that enable actionable recommendations.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the success of planning efforts, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
• Optimize marketing effectiveness and customer engagement through personalized, data-driven strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to enhance business growth and operational efficiency through data insights.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by integrating new modeling techniques, methodologies, and emerging data trends.
• Present data-driven insights to senior executives and c-suite stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Oversee the strategy, development, and implementation of predictive modeling across key business areas.
• Develop automated reporting systems and intuitive dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with data management teams to ensure platforms and environments are optimized for efficient analytics execution.
  
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics and data science, including team leadership and development.
• 5+ years of experience applying statistical models and machine learning techniques.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, specifically retail banking and marketing analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through inspiration and strategic vision.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SAS, SQL) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences.
