We’re looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and experienced Program Manger to help shape the future of marketing at Siemens by leading the implementation of programs that align our marketing, sales, and product teams on a unified demand management strategy to accelerate growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include working with strategy leads to develop comprehensive program plans, coordinating and aligning multiple interdependent projects, driving on-time execution of projects, providing guidance to team members to achieve program goals, reporting on program status, and working closely with the Change Management Program Office to drive organizational transformation.

You’ll make an impact by:
- Developing and implementing programs to align marketing, sales, and product teams on a common demand management strategy
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive a common understanding of the value of marketing to the business
- Providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership on program progress and performance
- Identifying and addressing any alignment gaps between marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless execution
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across all teams
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a marketing environment, with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- 5+ years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
- Able to travel 15% or less of work time
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, or similar
- Advanced knowledge of marketing automation tools and customer relationship management systems
- Confidence working with a breadth of stakeholders across the organization in all levels of management
- Understanding of the Forrester B2B Revenue Waterfall
- A team builder with the ability to break down silos and promote the development of shared missions and learnings
- Excellent at influencing change
- More interested in trying something new and failing than never trying at all

- The pay range for this position is $89,670- $153,720 and the annual incentive target will be 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
