As we continue to expand, we seek a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to drive growth in the business by closing sales ethically and efficiently.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to lead our Human Resources function. This role is critical in driving organizational success through strong business partnerships, strategic planning, and people leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a true HR Business Partner (HRBP), effectively managing complex HR initiatives while building trust with field leadership and corporate teams. This position will oversee a team of 7+ HR professionals and serve as a key member of the leadership team.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR leadership/director role
  • Proven experience managing a team of 7 or more HR professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a true HR Business Partner in a multi-location environment
  • Strong background in project management, change management, and strategic planning
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, compliance, state employment law, and workplace investigations
  • Experience with succession planning, talent development, and performance management systems
  • Strong data orientation with ability to develop and communicate KPI reporting and workforce analytics
