We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and support strategic initiatives to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**

• Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and reports
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for management
• Support event planning and promotional activities
• Maintain and update marketing calendars, schedules, and documentation
• Collaborate with the creative and sales departments to ensure brand consistency
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing projects
  
  

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with marketing tools such as CRM platforms, analytics, and project management software is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
