AirWorks is a family-run, Mom Approved HVAC & Plumbing company, and we’re looking for a part-time Shop Assistant to help us stay organized and keep our trucks and inventory in top shape.

What You’ll Do:

• Unload and tidy HVAC/plumbing trucks after the day’s work
• Restock tools and materials and prep for the next day
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Run materials to job sites as needed
• Support our hardworking install teams behind the scenes
  
  

What You Don’t Need:

• Experience in the trades—we’ll teach you!
• A background in HVAC or plumbing—just bring a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload and clear out HVAC and plumbing trucks at the end of the day
• Restock and tidy work trucks for the next day
• Stage and load equipment/materials for upcoming installations
• Maintain inventory records and alert supervisor when stock is low
• Help order and receive parts and materials
• Be a runner for last-minute material deliveries to job sites when needed
• Keep the shop organized and clean
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs)
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and tidiness
• Self-starter who works well without constant supervision
• Punctual, dependable, and positive attitude
• No HVAC or plumbing experience required—we’ll train you!

• Interest in HVAC or plumbing as a long-term career
• Mechanical aptitude or comfort using tools
• Prior warehouse or inventory experience
  
  

Other Notes About This Role:

Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (end time may vary based on need)
