What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute outreach and sales strategies to generate qualified client referrals
- Build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare providers, discharge planners, senior centers, and community partners
- Represent our agency at health fairs, events, and networking opportunities
- Maintain organized records of outreach activity and client communications
- Meet or exceed monthly outreach and referral goals
- Collaborate with caregivers and office staff to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality client care
- Previous experience in community outreach, sales, or marketing—preferably in home care, healthcare, or senior services
- Familiarity with home care practices, medical terminology, or senior care regulations (a plus)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- A compassionate, mission-aligned mindset and drive to help others
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel regularly across Georgetown, Killeen, Belton, and Temple
- Competitive base salary + commission
