
CLC Landscaping is hiring a Client Experience & Admin Specialist to support our fast-paced service team. You’ll be the first impression for new and existing clients—handling calls, scheduling services, answering questions, and selling recurring services like lawn care and plant maintenance. You’ll also help keep our office systems running smoothly through strong organization and proactive communication.
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in administrative or client-facing roles—ideally in a service-based industry (landscaping, HVAC, pest control, etc.). This person should be organized, confident on the phone, comfortable with technology (including AI tools), and focused on creating great client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Answer calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule services and coordinate with field teams
• Sell recurring services to inbound leads (commission included)
• Follow up with clients after services to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate digital records, data entry, and CRM updates
• Help manage billing questions and payment follow-ups
• Keep the office organized and support internal communication

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years in admin, scheduling, or client support roles
• Experience in a service-based company preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and proactive in a fast-moving environment
• Tech-comfortable—experience with Google Workspace, CRMs, and a willingness to learn new systems (including AI tools and automation)
• Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections professionally

• $44,000–$55,000/year base salary
• Commission on recurring services sold
