What You Will Do At MedOne
- Support operations of MedOne Clinical Services
- Support in the administration of MedOne Clinical Programs
- Prepare required reporting specific to MedOne Clinical Programs
- Contact pharmacies and providers to obtain required Clinical Program information
- Document prescriber response to clinical recommendations
- Participate in clinical program meetings
- Contribute to the creation of innovative clinical programs
- Support Clinical Review processes
- Work well in a team environment
- Supports operations of MedOne Pharmacy Services as needed
- Assists and supports members of MedOne Pharmacy Benefit Solutions
- Portrays the company in a positive image
- Required to abide by all rules, regulations and policies of the employer
- Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Must be detail oriented, able to work independently, meets deadlines, establish priorities, and be flexible
