As the Data Analyst 2, you will provide analytic tools and insights to support Government Program clinical reporting and analytics, planning, reconciliation, and process improvements. You'll work closely with business leaders to develop innovative analytic solutions, create actionable insights and drive better decisions and performance to help Government Operations fulfill its mission.

Primary Responsibilities
Serve as a Data Analyst 2 supporting Clinical related reporting and analytics
- Creates and supports standard clinical reporting, ad-hoc detailed analysis, self-service reporting solutions
- Develops new dashboards and tools supporting clinical program performance and program effectiveness
- Works closely with clinical analysts in support of technical modernization efforts and initiatives
- Develops and maintains effective working relationships with key business partners, understanding their analytics needs to better anticipate, identify and diagnose problems and make recommendations
- Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgement
- Evaluates and presents information in a manner that will facilitate leadership’s understanding of the results and impact
- Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
- Influences senior leadership to adopt new ideas, projects and/or approaches
- Provides leadership with statistical findings and conclusions in analyzing interpreting trends and root cause analysis
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in a corporate setting with report development responsibilities
- Intermediate level of proficiency working within Snowflake and ADF data environments
- Intermediate level of proficiency with SQL programming, Business Objects, PowerBI and Talend
- Experience building visualizations in Tableau or PowerBI
- Experience developing automated reporting solutions
- 3+ years of health care industry reporting experience
- Prior work experience with clinical reporting and analytics
- Prior work experience developing complex analytic solutions leveraging AI/ML technology
