Description

OCH Technologies is seeking a qualified Task Order Project Manager to oversee large, complex task orders in support of a federal program. This individual will work closely with the Program Manager to coordinate with the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), task order-level managers, and other government stakeholders to ensure effective execution of contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical acumen, and project management skills to deliver high-quality results within schedule and budget.

Core Responsibilities & Duties

  • Serve as the project manager for large and complex task orders under the direction of the Program Manager.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of assigned task orders, ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions and contract deliverables.
  • Interface regularly with the Government KO, COR, Task Order Managers, and customer agency representatives to ensure clear communication and alignment of priorities.
  • Monitor task order performance, address risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present project status updates, schedules, and reports.
  • Support proposal development and task order planning activities when required.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or an additional four (4) years’ of related experience in lieu of a degree

Experience

  • At least five (5) years‘ of project management or related experience in IT and/or consulting
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ of leadership experience in the public or private sector
  • At least five (5) years’ of experience in contingency contracting and/or with contingency tools

Security Clearance Requirement

Candidate must have an active Secret clearance

Licenses/Certifications

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or other equivalent, nationally recognized certification)

Other Required Skills And Abilities

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to think critically.
