About This Role
We’re supporting a client undergoing a Workday ERP implementation and seeking a Junior Business Analyst to perform Process Documentation Analysis to help map and document key HR and Finance processes. This role is critical to building out training materials and ensuring consistency in how work is performed across functions.
This is a hands-on role ideal for a Junior Business Analyst who is highly organized, collaborative, and process-oriented. The work is focused on people, workflows, and touchpoints across departments.

What You Will Work On
Responsibilities
- Interface with HR and Finance stakeholders to gather and validate business process information
- Co-author high-level process flows that identify people, systems, and data sources involved
- Use tools such as PowerPoint or Word to build simple and clear process documentation
- Coordinate and schedule process walkthroughs and follow-up reviews
- Support the identification of key inputs and outputs across processes, including reporting and downstream systems
- Partner with instructional designers and internal SMEs to ensure documentation feeds into training and job aid development
Qualifications
- Prior experience in business process documentation, business analysis, or project coordination
- Strong communication and facilitation skills—comfortable leading interviews and discovery meetings
- Exposure to HR or Finance processes is helpful, especially reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word); ability to create clear, simple process flows
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
- Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
- Pay Range: $35-$40/hr W2
