Pay Range
$74,400.00 - $90,000.00 Annual USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrator to support our Denver office. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to the Denver leadership team and helps ensure the smooth running of the office environment and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to members of the Denver leadership team, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with department and strategy meetings by preparing materials, documenting action items, and following up as needed.
- Coordinate office events, new hire onboarding logistics, and general team engagement activities.
- Order and maintain office supplies and snacks; ensure kitchen and common areas are stocked and presentable.
- Serve as the on-site liaison for general office operations, including coordination with building management and support with AV or facility-related issues.
- Manage mail, shipping/receiving, and general office upkeep.
- Support expense tracking and reconciliation for individuals and department-level activities.
- Help prepare internal communications, reports, and presentation materials.
- Take on special projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating initiative and judgment in execution.
- Contribute to a office culture and collaborative work environment.
- 5+ years of relevant administrative experience, with 2–3 years supporting leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and solve problems proactively.
- Positive, adaptable, and service-oriented with strong attention to detail.
