Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a resourceful and proactive individual with an established history of high performance as an Executive Assistant who wants to support our mission to be Earth’s Most Customer-Centric Pharmacy. The Seattle-based role will support two Directors on our Amazon Pharmacy Partner Service team.
Key job responsibilities
This EA will be responsible for understanding business priorities, will react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and will proactively solve problems. Handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives and external stakeholders is a given. Role responsibilities include: implementing meeting request intake processes and communicating with Directors to prioritize multiple requests, managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, creating a positive team environment and as well as coordinating travel and managing expense report submissions. The successful candidate in this role will not only provide core EA functions, but will serve as the “chief of staff” for the Directors, advising on and implementing mechanisms and processes to maximize effectiveness.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working in the technology sector preferred
- Able to successfully navigate a tech-forward and widely distributed personnel work environment
- Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
- High level of judgement, discretion and tact
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to accept accountability for outcomes and results and to act upon constructive feedback
- Ability to multitask, anticipate needs, continually and perpetually shift priorities on a moment’s notice, and balance competing priorities
