Position Overview

FC Tulsa is seeking a creative and bilingual content creator fluent in English and Spanish to lead the club’s video-first storytelling across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form content platforms. This full-time, on-site role will immerse you in the club’s day-to-day—from behind-the-scenes at training to the roar of matchday at ONEOK Field—bringing fans closer to the players, coaches, community, and culture of FC Tulsa.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on content role that blends on-the-ground videography with sharp editing, trend-savvy creativity, and a love for soccer. Ideal for a creator who can conceptualize, capture, and cut compelling content that resonates across languages and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

Video Creation & Storytelling

  • Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form video content for FC Tulsa’s social media channels, with a heavy emphasis on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Capture content during matches, training sessions, community events, and media opportunities with a journalistic eye and creative flair
  • Write bilingual captions, brainstorm creative video concepts, and storyboard new content series that align with FC Tulsa’s voice and objectives
  • Translate English and Spanish narratives fluently into video format that connects authentically with all audiences

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Impact

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to build a cohesive visual and tonal identity
  • Partner with Marketing, Ticketing, Technical, and Partnerships teams to deliver content tied to campaigns, promotions, and match themes
  • Monitor and analyze video performance (views, watch time, engagement) and refine approach to maximize reach and effectiveness

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish
  • 2+ years experience in short-form content creation, specifically on TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
  • Strong video production skills: camera operation, lighting, audio, and editing with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut, or similar
  • Ability to thrive in live sports and high-energy environments, capturing authentic and engaging moments on the fly
  • Highly creative, trend-aware, and capable of identifying and adapting viral content to fit FC Tulsa’s brand
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to excellence and storytelling that reflects Tulsa’s diversity and passion for soccer
