What You'll Do

• Support creative development and execution of video/audio content from concept through completion
• Assist with scripting, storyboarding, scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
• Coordinate all aspects of production including shoots, locations, talent, crew, and logistics
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain production quality and client satisfaction
• Manage timelines and ensure on-budget delivery
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and aligning with their goals
• Maintain clear documentation: time sheets, purchase orders, expense reports, and change orders
• Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused team culture
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field—or 5+ years of production experience
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, visual)
• Confidence directing and managing crews in both studio and field environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and modern production platforms
• Knowledge of industry-standard equipment, techniques, and workflows
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and adapt under pressure
• A proactive, self-directed approach with a passion for teamwork and problem-solving
